Brochure Printing Done Right

Business decisions aren’t easy. With every aspect of growing your business, you’re faced with choices that have to be made. Some of the choices you face are second nature -  if it’s going to benefit the company or produce a profit, the answer might be simple. But along the way, you’ll be faced with challenges that aren’t as easy to determine. 

In the industry of printing, we face our own set of challenges. Our goal, just like yours, is obviously to be a profitable company with steady growth, but at the same time, we need to cater to the needs of our growing clientele. And as we all know, there’s no shortage of online printers on the web offering brochure printing these days, so competition is fierce.

Because of these circumstances, printers are faced with decisions daily on how to stay competitive in this industry. And brochure printing can be costly. The equipment required for brochures alone can be extensive. Aside from the presses, we require cutters, folding machines, machines that apply tabs if you’re going to mail them, and so forth. So how do we stay competitive?

The most common way printers can stay competitive is by cutting costs. You can cut your work force down by 15% or so to allow you to reduce your price, but if you expect growth, you’re going to eventually need that man power back, otherwise, your customer service is going to fail. In printing, you always have the option of buying cheap paper. This is a huge way for many printers to save big, but the result is a less than desired final product to the client. You’ll be hard pressed to keep your current clients, let alone gain the trust of new ones.

Here at Image Media, we understand that there’s a right way and a wrong way to do things, and it doesn’t exclude brochure printing. The wrong way would be to make adjustments to our business model that would negatively affect our clients. Well, it turns out that our answer wasn’t cutting costs at all. In fact, it was the opposite. The answer was to invest more into our processes and to upgrade to better consumables. For example, by improving the production process of our brochure printing, and upgrading to a premium paper, our sales have increased dramatically, resulting in volume printing we’ve never experienced before. Because of this simple fact, we’re able to maintain our great prices, stay competitive, and provide a product that’s far superior to our competition.

Over the years our brochures have gotten better, and our prices have stayed the same. And the reason for it was simple. We made the right decisions. It’s brochure printing done right! Our clients needs and desires are an important factor in our decision making. The happier you are with our products, the better off we’re going to be.
